TUESDAY ⇒ IVINGHOE
Science Discovery in Nature
9.30am — 2.30pm

Our Ivinghoe site is predominantly outdoors, providing an immersive, natural learning environment where we discover and learn together, come rain or shine. The core focus here is Science Discovery, exploring engaging themes such as: Geology, Natural History, Fire Lighting, and Storytelling. Our sessions include exciting hunts for animal bones to learn about anatomy, hands-on science experiments, and fascinating stories about ancient times, rock formation, and how people lived thousands of years ago. And sometimes we might even find fossils!

Please note – This site is very exposed to the elements, and we run sessions whatever the weather throws at us! We love the immersion, but your comfort is paramount. While there is a basic cabin for emergencies, if coping with the cold or rain is a serious challenge, this specific session may not be suitable.

“Urban Nature” – Art in Motion
Starting early 2026

This is an exciting fusion of street-style art and movement (parkour) delivered in a nature-based setting. Here, the spirit of graffiti-style art meets the flow of parkour, but with an eco-conscious twist: no aerosol paints, no tagging, just pure artistic expression and movement in harmony with the natural world. It’s a unique opportunity for young people to explore their creativity, challenge themselves physically, and genuinely connect with nature in a fresh, exciting way.

Practical Discovery
9.30am — 2.30pm

Kings Langley provides the perfect balance for learning, with a beautiful outdoor environment alongside a dedicated, calm indoor space. Our focus on Wednesdays is Practical Discovery. Students participate in Woodworking, Engineering, Mechanics, and fun hands-on projects designed to build confidence and encourage creativity. We delve into electrical principles and use various tools to turn theoretical concepts into functional prototypes. Sessions are practical, busy, immersive, and fun.

English & Maths
9.30am — 2.30pm

Our Kings Langley location offers a beautiful outdoor setting alongside calm and dedicated indoor learning spaces, providing the perfect balance for various activities. On Thursdays, we deliver English and Maths through practical application and discovery as our teaching method transforms abstract concepts into tangible, memorable experiences. Gardening and cooking are also included to offer a fun and tasty way to apply the lessons learned in a real-world setting.
